Meet beautiful baby Harper. Her mom brought her to my Westfield portrait studio for a photography session recently. Harper modeled some new photography prop outfits I’ve been sewing, and let me just say – she wore them well! Harper is a pretty serious little baby. She just looked at me with those big brown eyes and cocked her head every once in awhile as if to ask me what I was doing, and whether or not I was done taking her pictures yet. She definitely has a wise look about her sweet baby face!

Both outfits Harper wore are designed for baby’s first birthday or smash cake photography sessions. I love cake smash photography sessions! It’s so fun to see those sweet little babies try out their cake for the first time. Some babies are a little shy during their cake smash photography session. Some just dig right into their first birthday cake. Either way, it usually ends with quite a mess in the studio, but I don’t mind. It’s worth it to take all these beautiful baby pictures!
