A Look Back at Baby Mark’s Newborn Portrait Session
It’s hard to believe that a whole year has passed since baby Mark came in for his newborn portrait session. As I sit down to revisit those precious moments, I’m filled with nostalgia and joy. Mark’s session was a truly memorable one, and I’m excited to share it with you all again.
Newborn Photography Set-up #1: The Adorable Dark Green Romper
We started Mark’s photoshoot with an adorable hand-knit dark green romper. This outfit was one of my favorites, and Mark looked absolutely precious in it. I posed him on a tiny wooden baby bed, capturing his serene expressions and the delicate details of his tiny features.
Newborn Photography Set-up #2: Rustic Charm with a Gray Wrap
Next, we moved on to a gray wrap. I love incorporating rustic elements into my sessions, and this wrap paired beautifully with my favorite rustic white wooden baby bed. Mark looked so peaceful and snug, and the combination of textures and colors created a timeless feel.
Newborn Photography Set-up #4: Timeless Simplicity: Birthday Suit on Gray Fur
No newborn photoshoot is complete without a few pictures of the baby in their birthday suit. We wrapped up the session by snuggling Mark onto the gray fur. These images are some of my favorites – they capture the purity and innocence of newborns in a timeless way.
Newborn Photography Set-up #3: Blue Wrap and Family Moments
For the third setup, we used a blue wrap. Mark looked snug and cozy nestled in a basket. This setup was perfect for capturing solo shots of Mark and some heartwarming moments with his parents. The blue wrap brought out his lovely complexion and added a soft, calming vibe to the photos.
Looking back at Mark’s photoshoot fills me with a sense of wonder at how quickly time flies. It’s amazing to see how much he has grown and changed in just a year. These photos not only document his earliest days but also serve as a reminder of the joy and love that surrounds him.
I recently was delighted to get to see Mark and his parents again for updated family and first birthday portraits in Carmel. See them here.
Thank you for joining me on this trip down memory lane. I’m looking forward to many more years of capturing beautiful moments like these!
